Our fix from the previous post: new rafter ends screwed on to existing rafters. We are going to drop soffit down level, mitre corners, with bird boxes on the ends. The look will transform the house!

Some pics of what I found during a remodel on a recent job. There’s a lot of bad work going on. Be patient as a homeowner; good contractors are worth the wait!
